Arts Council of Princeton

Four on the Floor Fest proudly partners with Arts Council of Princeton, an independent non-profit organization based in the heart of downtown Princeton, NJ.
ACP was established in 1967 with the belief that arts and art education are fundamental to a healthy society. Today, the Arts Council provides a staggering variety of arts and culture programming, including classes in almost every medium and skill level, exhibitions, artist opportunities, free outreach programs, community performances, cultural events, and more.
A jewel of ACP events is Princeton Porchfest, a townwide music festival that transforms front porches into DIY venues. Established and emerging acts play 80+ sets across town, a true showcase of our region's talent. Further supporting the area's performing arts scene is Cafe Improv, a 30-year-old institution in the form of an incredibly supportive open mic, and Story & Verse, a storytelling and poetic respite. Both take place monthly in ACP's Solley Theater.
Supported by donations, grants, and tuition fees, the Arts Council provides free event programming to our community and scholarships for those who need assistance to attend classes, ensuring that everyone has access to the transformative power of creative self-expression. Thank you for your support.
